Individual Sessions and Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations are covered by the following insurances
Magellan/ Medicaid, Blue Cross, Regence, Medicare, Premera, Self-Pay
Insurance & Payment Policy
Northwest Counseling Services accepts your insurance coverage as full payment, provided your policy is active and in good standing. This means you will not be billed for any remaining balance beyond what your insurance pays, except in the following cases:
Loss of insurance coverage
Required co-payments or deductibles
It is solely the client’s responsibility to verify their insurance coverage for therapy services and to notify our office of any changes to their policy. Failure to disclose changes or limitations in coverage may result in charges for services rendered.
No-show and late cancellation fees apply and will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Costs
Individual Session Fee: $350.00
Emerge Couples Therapy Session Fee $500
Comprehensive Diagnostic Mental Health Evaluation $1200
No Show/Late Cancelation Fee $125.00
Young Adult THRIVE Program: Age 18-24: Cost is Free per16-week sessions once a year. Please ask to be put on our waitlist.
Northwest Counseling Services does not turn people away based on abilities to pay. Please ask about the Shalom Clinic to review sliding fee scale/donation based, or free service information and waitlist.
Insurance NOTICE
As of January 2026, Northwest Counseling Services PLLC will not be accepting Medicaid. Northwest Counseling will accept self-pay, Blue Cross, Premera only insurance.
