Individual Sessions and Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations are covered by the following insurances

Magellan/ Medicaid, Blue Cross, Regence, Medicare, Premera, Self-Pay

Insurance & Payment Policy
Northwest Counseling Services accepts your insurance coverage as full payment, provided your policy is active and in good standing. This means you will not be billed for any remaining balance beyond what your insurance pays, except in the following cases:

• Loss of insurance coverage

• Required co-payments or deductibles

It is solely the client’s responsibility to verify their insurance coverage for therapy services and to notify our office of any changes to their policy. Failure to disclose changes or limitations in coverage may result in charges for services rendered.

All clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file and agree to the terms of billing for applicable co-payments, deductibles, and fees related to missed or late-canceled appointments.

No-show and late cancellation fees apply and will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
